Guild Wars 2

Hey guys, I’ve noticed this in the past but now its starting to bug me. I’ve noticed skins I’ve unlocked in the past that are not in the account wardrobe, it is mostly Karma armor skins (like the ones from Balthaza, Dwayna, etc.).

However, I noticed I am missing my Hellfire Mantle skin. You unlock this or the Radiant helm at 9k. I am currently at 17.5 and my only option at 18k is the Radiant Helm.

1.) has this happened to anyone ?
2.) I can’t remember when you pick this helm it unlocks it for all light, medium, and heavy armor correct?

Any help would be great. I have already emailed Anet but I’m not getting anywhere unfortunately.

Is the helm in the Achievements panel? That’s where all mine are; weapons and armor skins. Never look in the Wardrobe.

Not sure I didn’t know you can access them from there, I’ll have to check. Either way I think Anet fixed this for me.

Well, all the unlocked Achievement skins should be at the bottom of the main Achievements page…for future reference.
