Warmaster Jofast is retaking her camp. However, she is currently stopped just past the bridge where she remains, leaving only to kill nearby Risen. The quest says 1 dolyak remains, but it’s nowhere to be seen, which is probably what’s blocking her. The quest ‘shield’ isn’t anywhere around, either – just the ending marker. There’s no circle showing the current location of the quest.
