Warmaster yulia bugged

In FortAspenwood server Warmaster yulia wont spawn, it is just a event icon on the map. As far as i can tell we cant restart it either. hope this gets fixed soon.

He is missing at the skill point but is up on the battlements above. Although he seem to not know he’s missing appointments.

Filed a bug report regarding this. We’ve been experiencing the exact same thing on Seafarer’s Rest. sad panda

Is this acknowledged as a known bug? Just ran into it. Forum search turned up nothing, but found this thread via a Google search. Would love to 100% Gendarran Fields, but this prevents it.
