Guild Wars 2

First of all thank you Arena Net for making this amazing game. However there are some bugs concerning guilds. There bugs in every game launch however these bugs are horrible and some may say unacceptable. I have recently created a guild and used my tome of influence but I didn’t receive any influence. I submitted a ticket but still haven’t received a reply. After I accumulated enough influence I purchased an upgrade but after the timer finished I didn’t receive the upgrade. How are players supposed to play in guilds like this? Please fix this ASAP.
