There is a bug happening mostly in LA today where us warriors can go back to the ‘old times’ and have adrenaline stack out of combat. Using shouts (inspiring shouts) i was able to stack full adrenaline out of combat.
Why not make this permanent, instead of just a bug? Necro’s are able to generate life-force out of combat and Mesmers are able to charge mantras out of combat, so why can’t warriors charge up adrenaline? It only makes it fair. Just makes sense to me and most warriors who I’ve talked to about this.
