With all the other stun break skill:
- when CC : give 8 sec of +1000 toughness
- when not CC: does nothing

Balanced Stance:
Always give +toughness, when CC or not, but only for 4sec

(I do the fix is so all the skills will work even when not CC too, otherwise the trait is worthless)
