Sweet Revenge: 100% chance to rally if you kill someone while in Vengeance.

I’ve noticed that after killing certain enemies while using vengeance, this passive does not trigger. Is this working as intended or is this a bug?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Not working on Risen. Which is stupid because theyre a common dangerous enemy. >.<

I don’t have an exact list of which enemies do not trigger this ability, but I’ve certainly noticed it fairly often. Still looking for an answer to this.
