The 15 pointer in Discipline “Fast Hands” is bugged, it’s supposed to lower the weapon swap by 5 seconds, well it doesn’t always work, there’s plenty of episodes where it works then all the sudden I’m on a 9 second cooldown. Seems to be sometime at the start of a fight that it happens more often then any other time. I swap over to Longbow whenever my adrenaline bar is full to put the F1 on the floor then back to axe/shield, I tend to sometime get stuck tanking mobs with the bow out, doesn’t always go as planned due to the bug.

(Went ingame to get some screenshots, pay attention to the cooldown timer on the actionbar and see that I’ve got 20 points in discipline)

Seems very random, one minute it’s when I go from axe/shield to bow and back to axe/shield, then the next fight it’s when I do the first change to bow. Doesn’t seem to have any specific pattern to it at all.

i think arena.net not fixing any bug, take money and do nothing after release, just release some content.

Agreed. I always look for and hope the fix this in every patch. The bug always rears it’s head at the most crucial moments in battle.
