Guild Wars 2

The warrior banner of tactics doesn’t work. it says grants regeneration then healing but the healing doesn’t trigger and only the regeneration does. I thought maybe it only works for parties and not myself but it still doesn’t work. Please fix.

I also had that idea with that banner but, I think its the healing power that is boosted same as if you raise your defense (compassion).
Skills that actually heal have a boxed cross in the description.

It has the healing cross but it doesn’t heal. Games just been so glitchy lately /=
