Guild Wars 2

Ever since the LS3 patch, skill 5 on banners has been bugged. The skill isn’t functioning, so we miss out on a blast finisher, or multiple blasts, if the warrior has more than one banner. I’ve only tried this with the banners I drop on warrior, so I don’t know if other classes can use it.

No, they can’t. I’ve tried it on my warrior and my guardian. I reported it in-game, too, so hopefully someone will notice. Eventually.
