This skills is an AoE skill, but it misses when you are blinded. It is not a cool bug considering that it takes 40 seconds to cool-down and does only 2 sec knockout.
Hope it gets fixed.
That seems at least somewhat intentional. Blind also makes grenades miss. Haven’t tested with other AoEs but that is probably the same for them as well.
What I haven’t checked is if it is just missing one of the targets in the AoE radius or all the targets.
It misses all the targets.
