Guild Wars 2

Hi guys, I can’t possibly use warhorn skill 5 ‘call to arms’ on my warrior. It is properly unlocked, it’s a lvl 80 warrior, and I’ve never been able to use it. I never really bothered, but now it’s starting to bug me. Please let me know if there is anything you can do. Thanks in advance.

I made another war to see if I’d still have the problem, but I don’t on the new one, any ideas?

I have had the same problem since launch, but it seems like a rare issue and it’s worked for everyone else I know.
