Guild Wars 2

I’m not sure if it’s just something with my warrior or others are experiencing it as well. The “Forceful Greatsword” trait bonus for 20 points into my arms trait line says it’s to reduce the cooldown of greatsword and spear skills by 20%. The “Rush” skill lists it’s cooldown at 16 seconds with the 20% reduction, yet when I use it, it’s still taking the full 20 seconds to cooldown. I have the timer set to countdown on my skills and it even says 20 seconds. It only seems to take the 20 seconds when you actually hit something with it instead of just a dash skill.

I will have to check the timing, but I think the “gain might on critical” is bugged as well, at least for spears.
I’ve been criting dozens of time underwater but never have i seen a “might” turn up.
