Hi.
The minor trait “fast hands”, which you get with 15 points in discipline, is bugged.
In and out of combat i get a random cooldown on weapon swap.
Out of combat 0s or 5s and in combat 5s or 10s. Its like the first swap gets me the higher cooldown and the second swap gives me the supposed cooldown!

i think arena.net not fixing any bug, take money and do nothing after release, just release some content.
