Guild Wars 2

I know that guardians were silent to other players when they used their shouts for a while now but recently Ive noticed that warrior are also silent. Is this intentional?

Works fine here.
There are a couple of issues that can cause sound to go missing. One of them is if you are in an area with a lot of people and there are many effects going off.

The other thing to check is make sure your speakers are configured for the actual number of speakers your computer has plugged in. For example if you configure your speakers as a 5.1 speaker setup when you are just using 2 speakers then those sounds will also go “missing”.

Using built in speakers so thats not the issue and I was in a dungeon of 5 people standing around not fighting.
