Hi guys, I have been trying to get the Water of Rhand for the Mewdrey backpack for the last few days and the mortar seems bugged. I can not target it at all. I have seen many players with the same issue for the past few days too so looks server side not something crazy just for me.

Yes its known to be bugged, best you can hope for is someone has a mesmer down in the tomb to port you through.

Walk onto the ‘floor’ above the water, just in front of the mortar. Logout the character and log back in quickly; you’ll be in the water and can proceed normally. You can get to the ‘water’ for mawdrey without issue. If you want to get into Rhendak’s tomb, you’ll need someone to open the gate from the inside. In my experience, there’s nearly always someone there who can do that.
