Saw this yesterday, but did not realize what I was looking at. Port to a way-point, in this case it was clockwork event, and find yourself suspended in the air, unable to move, and screaming as if falling. The only way to ‘fix’ it is by re-porting to the same way-point, as jumping/evading will have zero affect.
