Wayfarer Foothills event
If you encounter any stuck events or issues like that it would be more helpful to report it through in-game report tool. That tool provides valuable info for the devs, most of which we are usually unable to provide.
Also, it can happen in a map instance while not in another, then why using that reporting tool would be more useful. Just remember that any report through that tool will not give you any response though.
