GUARDPOINT DECIMUS WAYPOINT (Plains of Ashford) is listed as contested for no apparent reason immediately after the April 18th update. No events nearby. Killed all foes in the area. Nothing frees up the waypoint.
The Decimus Waypoint is considered contested until the Ash Legion sets up camp there. There’s an event which starts from the Ash Legion outpost just north of that waypoint that makes it uncontested.
Note that the Langmar Estate Waypoint a little south of that seems to be permanently contested, and there doesn’t seem to be a way to uncontest it.
