That’s weird, even if a waypoint is contested you still can get XP and get it counted as discovered. Unless the behavior changed and I’m not aware of.
Btw, not sure about Thistleeered but the Concordia WP isn’t going to get uncontested any time soon, that WP is currently broken story-wise (yup you can see it shattered) that’s why it shows as contested. It’s the same as happened to some WPs at Lion’s Arch while it was destroyed.

Thanks – Not sure what it is then.
My map shows 18 out of 19 WP’s. I checked the wiki numerous time, online etc. I secured every WP; I thought it might be a bug. I saw there were problems similar to this in the past.
