Rarely, but it definitely happened sometimes.
Basically, I open the map, move the cursor over a waypoint and double click on it. The loading screen appears, but then I find myself exactly where I was when I opened the map. It happened in both PvE (even in a dungeon) and WvW.
Sometimes it even made me die when I had to quickly escape from an incoming enemy zerg (lol).
I don’t know under what circumstances it happens. I think it’s just a random bug.
