Hey,
I’m reporting from Piken Square server here, regarding the Lost Shores quest : after killing Subdirector Noll, the NPC won’t respawn and I along with other players didn’t get the mail to progress in our quest…

Similar problem on Stormbluff Isle, he is there but remains friendly.

Some folks did the same here on Darkhaven.

This seems to be the case on Borlis Pass as well

Sea of Sorrows – No Noll here

The same seems to have happened on Jade Quarry. No Noll, just a bunch of people standing around where I’m assuming he would have respawned…

Same goes for Ehmry Bay.

Ditto Dragonbrand

Same in Ring of Fire. Plus i don’t get the mail after giving Saballa the three items.

Borlis Pass here, both Noll and the one in Kessex hills are bugged out.

Happening in Fort Aspenwood as well

On Maguuma as well.

Yea no noll on maguuma im guessing this is the case on all servers

Gate of madness Noll died.. but a guard remains friendly and target above his head.

if someone at arena net is reading this can we at least get an estimate time of the fix so we dont wait around wasting our time ?

Tarnished Coast has a Tarnished Noll.

Same on Blacktide. He got killed . Then did not show up afterwards…. like 7 hours afterwards…

So… is this going to get fixed? Or have I been waiting here for 45 minutes for him to show up for nothing? Time estimate, anything?

ANet employees, how about telling us what’s going on?

Same s**t different server on Ring of Fire. This is ridiculous on an event that only lasts a very short time, it will be over before most people have a chance, what a waste of time.

Same deal on Tarnished Coast, and whatever overflow I was in before that.

No Noll in Isle of Janthir.

Seconding the call on this for Dragonbrand, have given around 30 mins in case the spawn timer was a bit off, but no show.

Noll that scared of us?

Add Sanctum of Rall to the list. Overflow too.

To everyone having this issue, attempt to drop your party and log out/back in again hopefully getting a new overflow server. It seems some have issues and others are working as intended (keep trying as there can be multiple overflows with how many people are on for the event/weekend).This is how I was able to get passed Noll on Tarnished Coast. Once I found the real working Noll I reinvited all my friends and they joined me in the working overflow (till my whole guild had it done).

No Subdirector Noll in Eredon Terrace either

He’s stuck here in Aurora Glade too. Haven’t managed to enter an overflow map yet

Did you only have to go back to character select, or fully log out?

Ruins of Surmia – found him, but he is green-titled, and doesn’t respond to talking (just greet prompts). Spent about 30 minutes hanging around this area with a big group this evening.

ArenaNet – PLEASE give us some idea what you’re doing about this? There’s bound to be some content we’re missing due to this bug, and it’s frustrating given the short time that this content is available for…

Also – the advice about logging in to an overflow server only works if the zone he’s in is overpopulated, which it wasn’t at the time, so that didn’t work for us either.
