Guild Wars 2

I have a level 25 engineer that my weapon swapping never appeared for and I believe that it’s supposed to become available at level 15 so I was wondering if anyone else had this problem? All my other characters can swap weapons but just this one can’t.

Eng’s don’t get to swap weapons. They get Kits, via Skills. If you wish to swap weapons, you’ll need to equip then from your bags. Has always been this way, unless there’s some new ‘feature" they’ve introduced.
