I’ve realised that on charr especially, whenever I preview 1h-weapons, they get obstructed by the pants. Only way to clearly preview the selected weapon is that I remove the pants on my charr.
I’ve tried previewing with other races (norn, human) no obstructions there, so i’m guessing the preview option isn’t really optimal for the charr.
It’ll be great if you guys can look into this issue.

Best option is to just add a “Wield” option so you can see your shinies raised and ready where they’ll look their best. For some reason, though, I don’t think this sort of useful thing will happen anytime soon. Or ever.
Charr are not the only characters that have this clipping problem. I have noticed it on any of my characters who wear wide pants, skirts or overcoats.
