In some rare instances the weapon swap button is getting grayed out and blocked preventing me from swapping weapons in fight.

Sometimes this happen after being revived or after being knocked down.
The last time I have experienced this bug in Caudecus Manor just after skipping cinematic after the first golem boss fight.
Underwater weapon swap in hero window was still active and fixed it for me.

Okay I began to experience this bug more often.
Probably I did not pay attention before but now it is really inconvenient.
As you can see I can not switch from offensive do defensive set because of the bug.

This happened to me as well when I was auto-balanced to the opposing team.

The weapon swap has a timer.

Do you have skill recharge timers enabled? Under F11, Options, there is an option called Show Skill Recharge. If you enable this, you’ll know when you are able to switch between weapon sets.

The timer is annoying when you accidentally swap weapons. “Nooo, I want my sword + shield back..!”

This is not the timer. Yes I have the timer enabled and it last for 10 seconds I believe.
You can see the countdown timer on all the other skills on the picture – while this bug stays indefinite or until I reequip my weapon out of combat.
