I discoved a bug and managed to easily replicate him multiple times. This bug prevents you to swap weapons (see disabled weapon change button at my screen) even when you do have second weapon set.

So, to the mechanics of this bug:
1) be in combat
2) swap weapons
3) a cutsceen has to occur during refresh time on swap (normlly 10 sec, my warrior 5)
4) that cutsceen has to end during refresh time on swap (basicially, you skip it)

Ideal way to test this bug is at CoF right after gate, but I am pretty sure I encounted this bug even in fractals.

The ways to make your second set work again are:
a) Go through a loading screen .
b) Get out of combat, remove your second weapon set and put it on again. Problem is, you usually won’t notice till fight (after cutsceen often boss fight) begins.

I think I’ve had this happen to me some also. Another way that I get it working (so you don’t have to get out of combat) is to open hero panel and manually click the weapon swap icon inside there.

Most I get this bug, if I change my weapon directly (<1sec) before I go down.

This is pretty common in dungeons even though I never figured out what caused it.
The fix that Razor suggests works for me and all my friends who encountered this bug.

I had this happen to me when I tried to swap weapons and a cut scene appeared. I had to go into the character interface to manually swap.

This happens to me from time to time in CoF, glad you found a reproducible case for it!

This issue happens to me all the time in dungeons and occasionally in fractals. The workaround of clicking the same button in the hero panel usually works but it’s still highly annoying.

Yeah, that fix is usually pretty reliable. Most of the time there’s plenty of time to open up the hero panel and switch. I’ve gotten so I intentionally look for the disabled weapon swap button and immediately go to the hero panel if I notice a problem. Not seeing this until you’re in the middle of combat can be highly annoying.

The easiest way to restore the ability to swap weapons (when you press the key assigned to ‘swap weapons’) is to click the ‘swap weapons’-icon in the ‘hero – equipment’ window.

How do you actually implement a bug like this?
