Hello, I’m working on my weapons master, and for every 10 kills I make is only recording 2 or 3 and sometime 4 kills only, I just finish my rifle weapons master and it was giving me kill for kill, Now all the sudden on my Mace and Septer im lucky if I get 3 out of ten kills whats going on here, Pls fix this Anet.

Check your traits to see if you have any that grant a condition/damage/aoe when triggered by your mace or scepter. Also, make sure you’re paying close attention to your weapon skills so that you’re not accidentally using your offhand skills (or utility skills) to do the killing blow.

Its the killing blow that counts, not any other source including conditions.
