Guild Wars 2

This has happened a few times recently. what happens is that the game audio starts looping whatever music is playing and whatever sound effect had been going on. All other audio effects stop playing besides the one that is looping. Even if i mute the game sound settings or alt tab out of the game, the sound is still playing in this loop. The game still works just fine until i try to log out or exit. The game then freezes and i have to ctrl alt delete just to get to my desktop. Even then, only the bottom of my screen i can acess, to log out or restart my computer. If i go above 2 inches on my computer screen, my mouse turns into the gw2 mouse icon and i can’t click on any of my programs or anything. How do you fix this bug? i mean i can still finish whatever i was doing, but i don’t like having to restart my computer to fix this.
