When I complete an event, there is the regular graphic and text that comes up on the right hand side to tell me what I achieved. But at the same time, a white circle flashes down below that, closer to the minimap. It looks like it’s a duplicate of the white flashy edge around the gold “badge” of event completion. It’s just out of place.
I tried to get a screenshot of it, but I couldn’t capture it. The attached pictures shows the event completion graphic I’m referring to, but not the extra flash.

Anyone else seeing this?

Can’t say I am. Though, I have been noticing the flash of something, but I thought it was more like when you mouseover the HUD.

I’ve seen it, too. Happens very often. Like when I’m salvaging things and hover the mouse over a skin I haven’t unlocked yet. It’s almost like the flash is “getting ready” for some other notification. Or, more likely, it’s being triggered erroneously in some script that leads to UI notifications.

I finally got a pic of the bug while in EotM. I put a big obvious arrow next to it!
It’s not causing any problem, just kinda irritating to see it flashing down there.

YES, I have been having this problem as well. It’s quite aggravating. I think RoyHarmon is right on track – I recall thinking that the flash triggers when I WOULD HAVE had a notification, but didn’t (sorry I can’t think of an exact example, but I’ll come back and edit post if I think of it).

By notification, I mean something appearing above my mini map, such as receiving loot, unlocking a skin, or finishing an achievement.

I’ve had this problem of the flash occurring above the minimap in my lower right corner, while the gold medal is displayed in the upper right corner below my personal story and tracked achievements notification area.

It has been this way for me since they adjusted the PS and LS panels in the top right in the Janurary 21 game update

• User Interface: Various updates have been made to the right-hand side of the HUD to improve its appearance and functionality.

Got a good screencap of it. Have seen this constantly every single time I finish an event since January.

I’ve also noticed this happening in the same place on the screen when I have the full world map open.
