Whenever my character gets out of water, the shoulder area of the model changes to this weird android-looking texture.

I’ve been posting about this same exact problem since September 5th! In fact, I’ve made about 4 posts about this issue. Nobody has gotten back to me. I’ve posted this on both the Game Bugs subforum and the Technical Bugs subforum. Nobody will respond.
