After recent updates, i have found out that transmuted items keep their original name on the vendor or when for example you unequip them (you get a message that you picked up xxx item), but it shows the original item name rather than the transmuted one. For example, i transmuted a corrupted dagger with an xxx dagger, keeping the corrupted skin but xxx stats, when i unequip it, i see xxx obtained instead of corrupted dagger which is the name shown in the UI.

Does this behavior continue after re-loading the game? Every time that I’ve seen this (long before yesterdays patch) it fixed itself after each logout/login.

Yes, whenever i unequip my corrupted dagger, i get a message saying “You receive 1 Knight’s Pearl Carver.”
