Hello,

Some time ago i finally managed to get enough black lion claim ticket scraps to buy myself that awesome Chaos sword skin. a while after that i stopped playing because of real life things.
Now i’m back and i cant find the chaos sword skin in my wardrobe. i’m positive that i had the skin. is there something i have overlooked perhaps?

(sorry if this is the wrong forum, i’ve got no idea, too many options)

Did you ever equip the skin to one of your characters? If not, it won’t be in your wardrobe.

i don’t quite recall, because it was some time ago. i checked every inventory tho. nothing to be found unfortunatly

Make sure you have a sword equipped when look in your wardrobe otherwise it won’t show up.

That’s not completely true. If you’re looking at your Bank Wardrobe, it shows all skins no matter what. However, if you’re just looking at your Hero Panel’s Wardrobe, then yes, you have to have the item equipped to see possible skins.

Check your trading post history if you sold the skin instead of applying it.

Make sure all your inventory bags are fully expanded
