Guild Wars 2

My guild Stash was full of items of all sorts that guild members deposited! Today i wen to see the guild stash and it was empty. In the log there a a “unknown user” that withrew everything! The guild is “The Order of Vigil” “VgL”. Please tell me what happened!

Ouch that is terrible. >.< Guessing it says its Unknown now because it was someone in your guild that did that and then deleted their character. Should check and see if anyone has left recently that doesn’t exist anymore.

Not sure what ANet can do to help you, but I’d try to put some stricter guild stash rules in the future, just in case.

First off all, you have posted this 3 times, you might want to pm a mod to merge:D
Second I want to express my symphaty. This is not a nice discovery. Putting this into the bug section is not the best place. I have several strong reasons for this. The first is that this doesn’t need to be a bug and I don’t suspect it is a bug. The reason is that a bug that can be used to your advantage is an exploit and much more dangerous to the game economy. The second reason is that I would suggest to file a support ticket at https://en.support.guildwars2.com/.

Support has tools to investigate this and find out what happened. You will get a reaction by Anet then.
