Why have i submitted several bugs that indicate loss of gear, money, and now a guild member is hacked and we cannot kick them from the guild, all the loot they took out of the guild bank has not been returned. I have submitted bugs, tickets etc.. and no response, no resolution, etc… I would like to see compensation for these types of problems, i have spent lots of money into the gem system and they have no problem making sure that is available and works right, it feels that its all a money scheme and we are being ripped off, i have many guildies that have come to this game only to be disappointed by bugs and bad customer service. The game is good and could be great of they would get off their bums and get to supporting paying customers. If not, I foresee a lawsuit that i will participate in highly.
