Where's 10 Laurels From Monthly Achievements?
I had no problem with mine, but it was before the patch. Have you done the PvP monthly? You can only get 10 laurels from either of them once.

That Screenshot was taken yesterday morning before the patch. I got 10 laurels from Monthly PvP, but not from PvE. Could It Be because of the low level character?
You only get the laurels once, for doing either the PvP or PvE monthly.

The PvP page specifically says you can’t get both monthlies:

“[O]nly the first completed monthly grants laurels.” (Referring to both PvP and PvE monthlies.)
There was a bug that allowed you to get both of them on the first month that PvP laurels were introduced, if you had your PvE monthly already done before the patch, but that was an one-time event. You are not supposed to get double laurels if you PvP (*).
(*)Though, in truth, when considering laurel prices of gear, additional ways to get that currency would be a good idea indeed.
