Just logging this here – sometimes it takes like 10+ mins for a whisper to go through to people on my friends list. What is odd is that they will whisper me instantly and then I can whisper them.

It would be great if this can be looked into.

It is quite frustrating as I cannot see any reason for the long delay in sending a whisper.

What is even more annoying when it starts to work it disables your combat skills and you start talking in whispers automatically (at a random point) – which can result in death at the most unfortunate times .

I don’t know if this helps: I am a EU player playing on a NA Server.

Yes this happens fairly often, very frustrating. After about 10-20 minutes all the messages you tried to whisper before get sent out at once, and your chat instantly switches to whisper the last person you tried to message.

This has been reported many times so Anet surely knows about the issue. They just don’t care enough to fix it.
