Guild Wars 2

I’ve filed 2 bug reports over the past several weeks and am still having this problem. When I click to whisper to someone, even during off-hours (like right now, 10am EST on a Sunday), it takes about 15 minutes for the whisper window to open. As the leader of a guild, it’s very difficult to play the game this way, as it’s impossible for me to recruit or to handle guild business. Any help appreciated, and thanks for your time. By the way, I’m on NSP and I play from the US, and others on at the same time do not have this issue.

I had this happen to me earlier today. I could whisper several people just fine, but any attempts to whisper a specific person failed until they whispered me half an hour later, then all three of the prior whisper attempts I made triggered at once, repeatedly stealing focus to the chatbox while I was trying to play the game.
