Just logged in today after the patch and noticed that my Whisper Coat now only has 3 color slots instead of its original 4, and that the 4th slot is not permanently occupied by a disgusting orange-red that cannot be recolored. Was this intentional? Because I didn’t see any mention in the patch notes about it and I’m really not keen on wearing the piece with such an ugly color smeared on it.

Same here. My Sylvari looks like Christmas. Help. I’ve heard a similar bug happened after other patches a while back. I doubt (really hope) it isn’t intentional. Even the vendor armor is showing up with the red and it can’t be changed.

Its not only the coat, its the coat and the boots (original poster, does it allow you to edit the post title? If so can you add boots to the title please!). And it seems to have only affected the Male version of the set. Female versions of the whispers set have the 4 dye squares on the coat and the 3 dye squares on the boots, where the male version of the coat has 3 dye squares, and the male boots have 2 dye squares.

The coat piece that is now mandatory red and is missing the dye square, is the outline running from the hip down the whole coat to where it terminates at the gold points on the bottom of the coat.

The boot piece that is now mandatory red and is missing the dye square, are the daggers on the boots.

Please tell me this was a “whooopppsssyyyyyyy” and not something you ment to do!?

My whisper’s coat is bugged too with that red dye

not just the coat, the pants and boots both lost a dye slot too, and now the areas that used to be dyeable are red, flat, and textureless.

I’m having the same problem, just adding to the amount of people this is effecting.

The legs and boots are broken for me. Its probably the whole set thats bugged.

I have the exact same issue. Bright fire engine red on the coat where the missing color swap was. As well as a missing color swap on the boots as well. Please fix thank you!

Weirdly, enough it’s only on the male coats. My husband’s hunter is messed up—my rogue has all four colors and slots just fine. I hope they fix it, though, my husband is really p.o.’d about it right now.

Is it only the medium set? I only have the coat and would like this to get fixed soon as my thief now looks horrible! Red does not go well with my color scheme lol.

YEp same here. Missing a colour on my medium, male, whispers boots.

I have a completely white sylvari dyed white and gold, this looks awful.

Please fix it.

Same with my slyvari thief, I had abyss/robin and now im stuck with red :[ I miss my nice cyan trim..

New build happened this still wasnt fixed :[ guess im changing my sylvari glow untill its done :l blue glow with red stuck on me all over doesnt look right.

While you’re at it, can you please fix the Human T3 Heavy Cultural Armor so that the chest gets 4 dye slots? Make it so that you can have one for the main cloth area of the tabard and the second for the rim/hem?

Now the dye option will completely ruin the dye unless you use a really light dye in which case the main cloth area is always white…
