Guild Wars 2

So yesterday it seems something broke with my chat.

I can see the whispers I type to people, but I cannot see anything they reply back. I have run repair, and earlier that morning the whisper system was working fine, had a full conversation .. it was only a couple hours later that this started to happen.

I ran repair again today, and it’s still broken.

I will uninstall and reinstall and see if that fixes it. But just flagging you on an issue .. and letting others know in case you’re wondering why your friends aren’t responding.

And yes, all the toggles were checked for adding whispers to the chat window, etc .. I hadn’t changed any settings in nearly a year, and this suddenly started happening yesterday for no reason.

Occasionally, this happens to me with Guild chat and Whisper. But, for some reason, it clears itself after some period of time. I have no idea why.

Anyone know how to fix this? I tried reinstalling the game and same issue … I can see the whispers I type, but cannot see any replies.

In a party I can’t even see what I type or responses.

This is kind of game breaking for me if I can’t communicate.
