Exactly as the title says. My roommate in the same house as me plays with me, and I have sent him whispers, which he does not receive. I managed to take screenshots on his PC of it, but failed at the time to take a screenshot on mine at the same time, so the evidence isn’t there as of yet, but I assure you this has happened multiple times.
