I was kind of surprised when I was out of mining tool and asked a fellow adventurers to lend me some.

Then we couldn’t find “trade” window anywhere. I checked right click player frame, then I invited him to group, still no trade option.

I also asked him to just send me via mail, but guess what you can’t send the tools via mail, which is also kind of weird.

How do you hand over stuff to people during play? O.o

Tools are soulbound. Otherwise trading can only be done via mail or the TP, but not with soulbound items.

Okay thanks yes I didn’t reallize that simple tools are soulbond at the time. Sorry.

Until that time I always post in the message of the mail exactly what my items are supposed to be traded for, that way there is a log if there is some type of dispute.

I remember the gathering tools were not bound until you character used at least 1 tool from the stack. I usually carry about 5 – 10 stacks of various tools. And now for some reason all the stacks of tools that I had in my inventory got soulbound.

And yes we need and want traditional way of trading face by face with other players. This is needed when you want to trade one item for another item not necessary for gold. This would let us compare items too.
And for example let us trade collectibles like dye for dye.
Trade window would let me see if I have the dye already or not.

And we need CoD mail option.

CoD on ingame mail would be trhe easiest fix i think
