the problem is a bug that prevents server instances from closing properly when trying to migrate players to a new instance at the end of a round. If the player gets a “server is full” message when the system tries to migrate them to a new instance, they remain in their current instance with an expired timer and the expired instance remains open until all the players leave on their own accord…which doesnt happen. When players get stuck in an instance like this, they’re staying in the instance and hardcore farming the puzzle with only a few players in the instance, ie… never have to wait for boxes and or snowflake platforms to respawn etc. I may be wrong, but is this what is contributing to the “server is full” messages and redirects back to Divinity Reach when attempting to enter Winter Wonderland ? If the bug cant be fixed, wouldn’t it be possible to remove / disable the reward chest once the timer expires so that the stuck players would leave on their own?
