Guild Wars 2

I’m a veteran player and have played the game on and off since launch. During the first Wintersday event, I obtained one “Winter’s Sting Pistol Skin” and have since retained the skin as an item. Despite the fact that I obtained a second copy of the same skin that I have recently sold, my currently owned copy cannot be sold. This is annoying seeing as the item is not bound to character, account or otherwise and the two copies of the skin were once stacked, but when separated gained different properties. I have no desire to own the skin, but have no option to sell it for money.

Could you post a screenshot of the skin item?

My guess is that since there was 2 versions of this skin (gem store & BL ticket), the gem store version is account bound as is everything purchased from the gem store. Years back there were several skins and/or items that had multiple acquisition methods, one method resulted in an account bound item and the other produced a trade able version.
