It’s similar to the Bayt SP in Malchor’s, except when you approach it it simply says the Sword is already at 0 health and there’s nothing there. (Theres a sword on the ground, might be the dead sword)

A Guardian should be able to move it with the Hammer or Staff slot 5 abilities.

nope guardian skill won’t work since its just dead

It’s been this way on Tarnished coast for 5 days or more since I tried to get it. I did 11 different world transfers and none of them worked either.
