Guild Wars 2

I notice that volcanus has the proper particle effects, but the bow skins do not… is this intentional? It seems odd for a skin that’s fairly difficult to craft (or buy)

Hmm, what particle effect are they supposed to have? Does the elementalist ice bow have an effect? I can’t remember.
