Showing two achievements as completed but overall it shows 0/18.

Anyone else showing this?

I do, but I figured since those were Achievements I could not achieve again (being from previous years, and already having the titles, etc.), that was the way the Devs handled it.

Dunno.

Repeatable achievement The Bells of Wintersday is listed, but isn’t counting towards the meta.

In the past, repeatable Achievements haven’t counted towards the Metas.

Implying two solutions: make it count, or remove it and the other repeatable achievements from the meta list.

You misunderstand. Not remove it from the Wintersday section. Remove it from the list of achievements that count towards the Seasoned Toymaker meta-achievement.

If you click on a meta, you can see the list of individual achievements that count toward it. Seasoned Toymaker includes repeatables (The Bells of Wintersday, Winter Wonderland Mastery, etc.).
