Guild Wars 2

So I unlocked the Zenith Avenger Skin from one of the achievement chests and activated it in PvP. I then logged in on another character in PvP and looked at my achievement tab again. I noticed that I could withdraw more Zenith Avenger Skins. Wondering what this did, I started clicking on it. I ended up receiving 6 extra Zenith Avenger Skins. Is this a bug, or are we supposed to be allowed to get as many of these as we want?

Yes, you can withdraw as many times as you want with characters from your account. It is a permanent unlock.
