Guild Wars 2

It happened to me at least twice the last days in WvW : a wooden chest appear after killing something (can’t really remember if that was a player or a mob), and when I press “F” to loot it I only get some cash, not even one silver (something like 87 copper).

Has it happened to anybody else ? Is there again a problem with those chests ?

I normally get meat from these chests lol, thought they gave some better rewards then bags ( not sure )

I just got one today that gave me a slab of meat as well. That kitten is depressing. You see the ultra rare wooden chest on the floor and you get some kitten meat. If I wanted some meat I would kill one of the infinite 1-shot does floating around. What a joke.

Yeah, I noticed this happens very often after killing a Dolyak

When the wooden chests were introduced I used to get random items but for a while now I get rares or the occasional green

This happened to me in WvWvW too, a deer was killed and dropped a wooden chest containing a slab of red meat.

Hope you guys bug-reported it.

I’ve gotten three of these in the last week or so in WvW, and I didn’t seem to get anything, or at least nothing popped up as loot on the right side of the screen.

It’s always in the middle of total chaos of a zerg v zerg moment that these things drop, so I never seem to have a chance to open my inventory to see if I looted something that I didn’t have before…

Dolyak caravans can drop supplies as part of their loot, when they do, it shows up in a wooden chest.

Just 30 seconds ago I got 47 copper from a wooden chest in WvW…. nice anet, nice…
