Hi arenanet/gw2players,

I have finished world completion (100%) on my warrior during the LA event. But when i got the 2 ‘new’ pois in LA to get to 100% i didnt get the chest with the gift of exploration.
Its my 2nd class with 100% world comp so im sure i did everything right. Anyone familiar with this problem? Cause now i have 100% world without any reward.

Interesting, I have 99% but still got map completion. A big one people miss is the Order of Whispers PoI. The only thing I can suggest is hover your mouse over the title of each zone on the map to make sure each one has all the objectives met.

Yeah i already did that, every map is 100%. All wvw borders are 100% too. In the top left of my screen where you can see the ‘overall’ map results, shows that everything is 100% too. No idea what to do.

From the OP, it sounds like they’ve got the total mapping listed at 100%, just not the reward chest.

I mapped LA on my engi during the final Scarlet event and didn’t get a reward (either for regular city or an explorable area - and there was me hoping for l80 exotics), had forgotten about that until now.

This is either a bug, or your mailbox is full - don’t the gifts get mailed to you, not appear in a chest?

Thanks for your reply. I didnt recieve anything in my mailbox. I mapped 100% world during that same event, all i needed were the 2 new pois that came in LA cause of that event. It should be a bugg i guess?

And you got the Order of Whispers point of interest right? Because, I don’t think that shows up on any map. kitten nevermind you said you clicked on the map icon and have all the objectives. I would put in a customer support ticket.

I’ve sometimes had to go back to the Chantry of Secrets a second time for the exp reward to come. Just in case, go back there, and go back to that upper room. If you don’t get the reward after leaving that instance, then yeah, email support.

Map completion reward isn’t delivered through the mail. It shows up in the same place as the various bouncing chest. This also means that if you leave any of those unopened you can’t get the world completion rewards either.
