Guild Wars 2

Personely i dont like the concept of level scaling but thats an other issue
To the left of pagga’s waypoint in the theather of delight there are lvl 79 Elementals
Im lvl 80 and i get set back to lvl 77 .
Is that a bug or is that normal.
i think i shouldn’t be scaled down at all there

mmm now the elementals are gone but there are still lvl 79 risen there ??
